Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. This role is ideally suited to someone with experience in dental or medical sales, strong technical aptitude, and a passion for improving clinical care. You will play a key part in expanding Quoris3D’s customer base, supporting GuidedSMILE surgeries, and promoting our comprehensive product portfolio across the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, converting leads into loyal customers, and strengthening relationships with existing clients. This includes:

  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective clients within the dental sector

  • Proactively engaging new leads and converting them into long-term business relationships

  • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell Quoris3D’s full product range to existing customers

  • Attending GuidedSMILE surgeries to provide in-practice clinical and technical support

  • Delivering on-site and virtual product training to clinicians and practice staff

  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Director

  • Participating in regular sales meetings to report on performance, pipeline, and growth strategies

  • Representing Quoris3D at trade shows, exhibitions, and professional events

  • Developing deep product knowledge, particularly around guided surgery workflows and digital lab services

  • Staying informed of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to enhance our market positioning

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in dental or medical device sales (experience with digital lab solutions highly advantageous)

  • The ability to travel regularly across the UK, including early starts and occasional overnight stays

  • Clinical understanding and confidence in providing real-time technical support during surgical procedures

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships

  • Technical aptitude with comfort in learning digital workflows and interpreting data

  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent organisational and time management skills

  • The flexibility to adapt to evolving customer needs and market conditions

  • A clean UK driving licence (or international equivalent)

Willingness to attend a one-week training programme at our headquarters in Fermanagh
